MMA Fans Can Purchase UFC Fight Night Winnipeg Tickets From Today

MMA Fans in Winnipeg are excited because the UFC is coming back to Manitoba’s capital city after a four year hiatus. UFC Fight Night Winnipeg will take place on December 16 at Bell MTS Place and tickets for the event will go on sale from October 19.

The UFC is expanding its MMA fan base in Canada as the company recently hosted its UFC 215 in Edmonton, Canada on September 9. The Octagon will return to Canada in December with an exciting card that is expected to sell out the Bell MTS Place arena. Ticket prices will start at $77.50 and go all the way up to $316.

UFC Fight Night Winnipeg will feature a Main Event between former UFC welterweight champion Robbie Lawler and former UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos (RDA) who has moved up a weight class and wants to become the new welterweight champion.

UFC President Dana White has already announced that the winner of this fight will get a title shot and be next in line to fight UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley who is currently injured.

Lamas won his last fight against Jason Knight and will be full of confidence as many believe that Jose Aldo is not the same fighter he was after losing to Conor McGregor.

Santiago Ponzinibbio vs. Mike Perry: This could end up being the fight of the night and thrilling fans in Winnipeg as it is bound to be a slug fest. Ponzinibbio and Perry’s last fights ended by KO in the first round and both fighters will come out swinging once again.

Glover Teixeira vs. Misha Cirkunov: This will be an interesting fight due to the different styles. Teixeira is known for his BJJ while Cirkunov has stunning KO power. Teixeira and Cirkunov are coming off losses and will be eager to get a win in the Octagon.
