The team made their feelings very obvious as they decided to wear full purple during their opening game against the United States at the Exploria Stadium in Orlando, Florida. They donned purple shirts when they walked onto the pitch for the National Anthem and blocked out the Canada Soccer logo on their backpacks with tape.

Their shirts also displayed the message “Enough is Enough’ to express their frustration and disappointment at the way Canada Soccer was treating them.
