Flames VP Chris Snow On Life Support After 'Critical Brain Injury'

Calgary Flames fans were saddened to learn that their assistant GM Chris Snow took a turn for the worse.
Chris has battled ALS for a long time and his wife Kelsie Snow has posted on social media in the past to give fans and well-wishers an update on his condition.
Chris Snow Not Expected To Recover
Chris was just 42 years old and had two children with Kelsie who he married in 2007. He was diagnosed with ALS in 2019 which is also referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease. His family has battled ALS as his cousin, 2 uncles and father also passed away from Lou Gehrig’s disease.
Chris battled ALS for the last few years with Kelsie at his side but things took a turn for the worse this week.

Snow has been a part of the Calgary Flames for over a decade as he joined the team back in 2011 as the director of hockey and was later promoted to AGM in 2019 and was in charge of data analytics.
The Flames released a statement which read
We cannot convey the impact Chris has on our organization, not only in his work but the leadership and positivity he brings. Despite his own challenges, he is a beacon of light, uplifting all of us around him.
