Most of his experience comes from <strong>more than 15 years in NCAA Division I athletics<\/strong>, including his recent stretch as <strong>executive senior associate athletic director and deputy athletic director at the University of Southern California<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At USC, where he worked from 2019 to 2025, Perrier was part of the Executive Leadership Team and helped guide 23 varsity programs and about 600 athletes. He worked closely with the men\u2019s and women\u2019s golf teams, supporting multiple NCAA championship runs and helping several top players move on to the LPGA and PGA Tours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, his background goes beyond athlete development. Perrier has also been active on the fundraising side, working with donors and helping support major capital campaigns at both USC and Rutgers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before returning to USC in a senior role, he spent four years at Rutgers University as senior associate athletic director. There, he helped shape a five-year strategic plan, managed sport programs, and led compliance and governance during Rutgers\u2019 move into the Big Ten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier in his career, he held several leadership positions at USC, including associate vice-president for athletic compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new-responsibilities\">New Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In his new position, Perrier will look after Golf Canada\u2019s entire sport portfolio. That includes Team Canada\u2019s high-performance and athlete development programs, all national amateur championships, and grassroots efforts like <a href=\"https:\/\/firstteecanada.ca\"><strong>First Tee \u2013 Canada<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/sheplays.golf\/\"><strong>She Plays Golf<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He\u2019ll also oversee Safe Sport compliance.
